Fresh slices of pork cut from the ham (our last batch was labeled “Fresh Ham Slices,” but they are cut the same as our pork cutlets in the past) . These cutlets are cut approximately 1/2 inch thick.

Great for marinading, or use in the same way you would use other types of cutlets. We enjoy them in a dish with cut apples, celery, and some nuts with a barbeque sauce prepared and poured over it and baked. If you’d like the recipe please ask!
